Will began his real estate career in 2015 as an award-winning residential loan officer at a national lender. He moved to the other side of the table in 2019, founding his first real estate company after building a personal portfolio of houses, and has since been both a limited and a general partner in private syndications.
That is the experience Harvey Capital Funding is built on. As a house flipper he dealt with traditional lenders and rigid loan committees firsthand. The process here is the one he wanted as a borrower.
Will personally reviews every deal and invests alongside his partners in every fund the firm manages. He and his wife, Sarah, are based in the Richmond area with their two young boys. Will is a devoted Christ follower and is committed to using the resources he has been blessed with to make Him known throughout the world.
Wilkins Ndwiga
Operations Lead. Runs your file from green light to wire.
Wilkins spent the early part of his career building operational systems for growing companies, and has worked since as an embedded operations lead for founders across services, field operations and finance.
He joined Harvey Capital Funding in 2026 as Operations Lead, where he runs loan processing from application through to closing, manages the title and insurance relationships on every file, and builds the systems underneath them. Once you give us the green light, he is the person you hear from, and his job is making sure nothing in a loan file quietly slips between the people who need to act on it.
Wilkins works with the team remotely, and gives the credit for the doors that have opened in his work to God rather than to himself.
